Holiday home owners here come from all walks of life with many different reasons for owning a holiday home. The great news is that the diverse facilities we have here cater for just about everybody. We also have an excellent range of holiday homes designed to meet the needs of a wide range of families and their budget. Starting from around £14,995 for a static caravan, lodges from £78,995 and bungalows from £79,995.
Caravan, Lodge or Bungalow – It doesn’t matter!
Your budget will dictate what you can afford, but whichever you go for, once you have chosen and purchased your static caravan or lodge, our team will lovingly prepare it for you to use as your perfect getaway. If you chose from one of the large range we have available on park it will take about 14 days from when you pay the balance to the day you take over. Sometimes we can do it even quicker.
Use it for 12 months of the year
You will be able to use your holiday home all year round, with many exciting and enjoyable things to do throughout. By far, most holiday home owners use the park between Easter and mid November, but the choice is yours. Please remember that your holiday home cannot be your permanent residence and we will require a Council Tax bill and a utility bill from you each year that has your home address on it.
Lovely Owner Community
One of the striking things about Whitecliff Bay is how friendly the owners are and the strong sense of community. Perhaps it’s the fact that so many of them share similar interests. Whenever we hold one of many events there is always a good turnout so it’s a great chance to meet new friends.
Owner Events
We hold many exciting events throughout the year, many of which are designed just for our static caravan and lodge owners. There are regular ‘Owners Brunch’ when you can enjoy an English breakfast and a cuppa with our compliments. There are also our evening soirees such as Cheese and Wine, Hog Roast, St Patrick’s Party and more.
Not to mention other exciting experiences like our outdoor cinema, a Midsummer Nights Screen. Plus every evening from Easter to the end of October you can enjoy brilliant live entertainment in the Culver Club.

To help all of these experiences, services and facilities run smoothly there is a dedicated and loyal team working just for you. From Grounds Maintenance, Sports and Leisure to the General Manager, they are all working for you to have a great experience.
